MaxPheromone products are NOT to be sold on eBay without purchasing our exclusive re-sale license. We are a member of eBay's Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) Program(TM): Protecting Intellectual Property. Reproduction of any web pages, including our trademarks, text, html or graphics without our written permission will result in eBay ending your ad and/or account suspension and will be subject to legal actions.

Resellers are not employees or associates of MaxPheromone.com and Pointscheck Marketing. Resellers are NOT permitted to use any of the contents, text, graphics from MaxPheromone.com, on their own web sites to advertise the products. Only reference links to the MaxPheromone.com web site are permitted. All wholesale orders are final - absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

We are not responsible for any abuse or misrepresentations of our products made by our Resellers.

• You supply us with your banner to be placed on our server. One banner for 30 days. Changes or updates on the banner will not be allowed during the 30-day period.
• Banner must be 468 x 60 pixels in size. GIF or JPG formats only. Animated banners are allowed.
• Banner must be linked to an active web site or web page of your choice. Absolutely no redirected sites.
• Banner must NOT be linked to any adult pornographic products/services web sites.
• Banners linking to web sites associated with or selling products/services similar to MaxPheromone's product line will not be allowed. (Example: Competitor’s pheromone products and/or web sites are not allowed.)
• We reserve the rigth to cancel and remove your banner if the link has been changed to redirect the destination to another web site or web page selling pheromone products or adult pornographic products/services. Once cancelled, no refunds will be issued. Violators may also be subject to legal actions.
• We reserve the right to cancel and remove your banner if it is associated with a broken link. Once cancelled, no refunds will be issued.
• We reserve the right to modify MaxPheromone's Home Page and the placement of all banners at any time. Your banner will still be displayed on the Home Page for the duration of your advertising champaign.
• We can not guarantee the amount of traffic that may be directed to your web site.
• Upon receipt of your payment and your banner information, your banner will be displayed within 12 hours.
