- What should I expect from using pheromone products?
You may experience more attention from people, such as more eye contact, more smiles or even more conversations. Remember, pheromone products can only help you attract the opposite sex. What you do with the situation is all up to you.
- Can pheromones control other people's actions or make them do things?
No, pheromone products can not make anyone do anything they don't want to do or control them in anyway.
- Do pheromones work for everyone?
Although, results will vary from person to person, but with our products, 99.9% of our customers have experienced positive results. Since your body already produces pheromones, therefore, always experiment with the amount to apply for the best results. Applying too much pheromones may not generate better results.
- Is it ok to apply pheromone products to clothing?
No. That would be a waste. Pheromones must be applied directly to your skin, such as your neck, wrists to be effective.
- Once applied, how long will the pheromones last?
It should last approximately 4 hours, depending on the environment. Outdoor conditions with the wind and sun will decrease its effectiveness. Always re-apply a small amount every 4 hours.
- How much of the 'MaxPheromone Fragrance Additive' should be mixed into my own cologne?
Since your body already produces pheromones, therefore, always experiment with the amount to apply for the best results.
Here's a helpful tip:
Before mixing the entire 5ml vial of 'MaxPheromone Fragrance Additive' to your cologne, you may consider testing the results by experimenting different ratios because your body’s chemistry is different than another person’s.
For example: 1 part of MaxP and 2 part of fragrance .......
1 drop of MaxP and 2 drops of fragrance (rubbed together) see the reactions from others. Adjust accordingly just to get that "perfect" balance customized for you." After mixing, always shake the mixture gently before applying.

- How do I open my cologne bottle so I can mix it with 'MaxPheromone Fragrance Additive'?
Unfortunately, some cologne bottles are factory sealed. If you can not open your cologne bottle, you may spray your cologne into a smaller bottle and then mix it with 'MaxPheromone Fragrance Additive'. Or you may also consider purchasing our 'INVISIBLE' 10ml spray product. It is unscented, to be used by itself without mixing, or you can spray on 'INVISIBLE' after applying your cologne.

Can I use the 'MaxPheromone Fragrance Additive' by itself without mixing?
'MaxPheromone Fragrance Additive' is meant to be an additive to be mixed with your own cologne. The top (cap) of the vial that it comes in, can not be re-closed once it is ripped opened. Our 'INVISIBLE' product is also unscented and is meant to be used by itself.

- Can I still use my cologne if I use 'INVISIBLE'?
Yes. Since 'INVISIBLE' is unscented, it should not affect the original scent of your cologne. Apply your cologne first, then spray on 'INVISIBLE'.
- How should pheromone products be stored?
As with any fragrances, always store your pheromone products in a dry, dark, cool place. Do not store your pheromone products in the bathroom where it is humid. Do not keep pheromone products in the glove compartment of your vehicle as temeperature during the day, with the combination of the engine heat can be quite hot.

No, for security reasons, we do not accept major credit cards directly. We only accept payments (by major credit cards or checking account) through an on-line payment service called PayPal.

- Are Money Orders accepted?
Yes, we accept INTERNATIONAL Money Orders in US Funds from USA Customer and International Customers. Canadian Customers may send any Money Orders in Canadian Funds.

- How much is the Shipping and Handling?
We charge a low, flat rate of US$11.85 per order to Canada, USA & UK. No matter how many items you order, the S/H will only be US$11.85. Canadian Orders are subject to GST.
- How do you ship your orders?
All orders are shipped in a 'plain package' from Canada. All international orders will have a Postal Customs Form on the package, indicating the content as "a small cologne - made in USA".
All CANADIAN orders are shipped by INSURED Canada Post Expedited Parcel with a confirmation number – delivery in 2 – 6 business days in most of Canada.
All USA orders are shipped by INSURED Canada Post/USPS Expedited Parcel with a confirmation number – delivery in 1 – 2 weeks in most of USA. Some locations may take as long as 4 weeks for delivery. Your parcel is not considered as 'lost in transit' until AFTER 30 days (4 weeks).
All other INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped by INSURED AIR MAIL Parcel – delivery may take 4 – 6 weeks as your parcel must be inspected by your Customs Office. All international customers may be subject to Customs/Duty Fees at your expense. We are NOT responsible for orders detained or destroyed by Customs Officials in your country - order at your own risk.
Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over the postal system of your country and we are not responsible for any errors or delays caused by the postal system or the customs office of your country.
- When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped the next Business Day (Monday – Friday), except major holidays. You will receive a confirmation email from us after you have made your purchase.
