Do You Put Your Company Name On The Package When It Is Sent?

We do not give any reference as to the name ‘MaxPheromone’ on the package at all when we ship out orders. Your customers will only see our parent company name on the shipping label – as required by USPS & Canada Post for shipping all packages. All orders are shipped in a unmarked, plain package. Your customers will also never see the prices you paid for the product anywhere on the order. We do this for two simple reasons.

Do You Require A Minimum Order?

What happens if my customer wants a refund?

This is up to you. You are the seller. If you want to refund your customer then do so. The customer should return the item to you, for you to resell. ALL items purchase from us are not refundable.



Do I Need A Business Name Or License To Order From You?

No, you do not need a business name or licence to buy from us using this Drop Ship Program. We sell to individuals, businesses, distributors, organizations, and other wholesalers. (However, as with any business, you are responsible for obtaining all licenses required.)



Will You Accept International Orders and Members?

No, we currently accept Memberships from USA & Canada only. We will only drop ship orders on your behalf to your customers located in USA & Canada. In the future we may ship to international customers.
